SONIC at the 1st ECSCI Cluster Webinar

The SONIC Project is pleased to announce its upcoming participation and presentation at the 1st Webinar of the 2026 ECSCI (European Cluster for Securing Critical Infrastructures) Cluster Webinar Series, taking place on July 20th, 2026.
This virtual event will gather leading EU-funded security initiatives, researchers, and critical infrastructure operators to address emerging cyber-physical threats to Europe’s essential services. As a proud member of the ECSCI cluster, the SONIC team will use this platform to share our latest insights into defending increasingly complex, interconnected digital architectures.
Highlighting the SONIC Approach to Infrastructure Resilience
During the webinar session, our partner trustilio will present SONIC’s structured approach to accelerating early threat detection and incident response capabilities. The presentation will focus heavily on mitigating fragmentation within European security systems, specifically demonstrating how the upcoming SONIC Marketplace creates a unified ecosystem for cross-border tools.
The SONIC delegation will highlight several key pillars of our ongoing work:
✔️Interoperable Security Frameworks: Enabling distinct organisations and Security Operations Centres (SOCs) to share intelligence and respond to incidents fluidly.
✔️The SONIC Marketplace: A preview of our upcomming centralised platform designed to help professionals confidently discover, evaluate, and deploy advanced, verified cybersecurity utilities.
✔️Cross-Sector Autonomy: Giving infrastructure operators the flexibility to combine distinct tools tailored specifically to their unique regulatory and operational environments.
Our upcoming participation emphasises the vital role that cross-project synergy plays in establishing collective digital sovereignty across the EU. By aligning technologies with standard security protocols, initiatives like SONIC and fellow ECSCI members are actively building the frameworks required to protect the continent’s critical services from advanced hybrid threats.
