SONIC’s Collaboration with Four EU Cybersecurity Projects
Protecting Europe’s digital infrastructure is a massive undertaking. While the SONIC Project is making great strides in early threat detection and incident response, we know that the broader cybersecurity ecosystem thrives on open communication and shared knowledge.
That is why we are thrilled to announce a new collaborative partnership with four innovative EU-funded projects: DETANGLE, CRACoWi, ALiEnS-SOC, and INTERCEPT.
By opening the lines of communication between our initiatives, we are taking an important step toward understanding how our different areas of expertise can complement one another to support the European digital market.
Distinct Missions, Shared Vision
Cybersecurity is a highly complex field, covering everything from legal compliance and product lifecycles to AI integration and infrastructure defence. While our projects are independent, this collaboration allows us to look at the bigger picture. Here is how our distinct areas of focus naturally complement one another:
✔️SONIC focuses on enhancing the protection of digital infrastructures through faster response times and early threat detection.
✔️ DETANGLE looks at the regulatory side, working on a digital platform to help organisations navigate the practical implementation of EU cybersecurity laws.
✔️ CRACoWi is designing a digital wizard to guide companies in making their products secure by design, in line with the Cyber Resilience Act.
✔️ ALiEnS-SOC is exploring the use of Artificial Intelligence to improve security operations and threat detection within the Slovenian electric energy sector.
✔️ INTERCEPT is building a cross-border Threat Sharing Platform to help Security Operations Centers in Slovenia and Croatia collaborate and share critical information.
Looking Ahead
This collaboration is about building a supportive network. By sharing our insights, challenges, and milestones, DETANGLE, CRACoWi, ALiEnS-SOC, INTERCEPT, and SONIC are laying the groundwork for a more cohesive approach to European cyber resilience.
We are excited to embark on this shared journey and look forward to updating our community as our projects progress alongside our new partners.
