6th CyberHOT 2026 Summer School
22 October 2026 – 23 October 2026The SONIC project is going to be represented in the 6th CyberHOT Summer School (6th CyberHOT 2026), taking place in Piraeus, Greece, from 22–23 October 2026. SONIC’s participation in the CyberHOT training program underscores our commitment to advancing frontline defensive capabilities across critical sectors like maritime, health, and energy.
As an operational ecosystem dedicated to equipping the European workforce against modern cyber threats, aligning with CyberHOT allows our team to engage directly with the European Cybersecurity Skills Framework (ECSF) principles. Through this collaborative platform, SONIC will support the immersion of trainees into highly practical red-teaming methodologies, risk assessments, and interactive penetration testing scenarios.
Central to this initiative is our partner, the University of Cyprus (UCY), which will step onto the international stage at CyberHOT to deliver expert-led technical training modules. Through these expert-led modules, UCY directly elevates the technical capabilities of the workforce while advancing Europe’s collective readiness against next-generation cyber threats. Through these expert-led instructional sessions, SONIC reinforces its mission to build a self-defending digital ecosystem, equipping practitioners, security officers, and researchers to effectively counter evolving cyber threats.
